On 19.08, I purchased a Maybelline gel eyeliner from a Gratis store for approximately 565₺. The very first time I opened the package to try it, I discovered that the product was completely dried out and unusable. Despite attempting to apply it several times, the eyeliner would not glide on, the color was faint, and it was impossible to draw a proper line. At first, I thought I might be using it incorrectly, but after checking online reviews, I realized that the issue came directly from the product itself.
I considered returning or exchanging the eyeliner, but the Gratis store informed me that they do not accept opened or tested products, which left me stuck with an item I cannot use. This means I paid 565₺ for a product that was defective from the start, causing me both financial and emotional frustration. I request that the dried-out eyeliner be replaced with a proper one or that a full refund be issued. I also urge Maybelline and Gratis to ensure stricter quality control so that customers are not left with faulty products after spending their money in good faith.
