I purchased a Maybelline eyeliner just 15 days ago, and to my complete disappointment, it was already dried out before I could even use it once. I paid ₺750 for this product, expecting it to be fresh and functional—not useless from the start. This is completely unacceptable for a well-known cosmetics brand.
Why aren't sellers checking the condition of their products before shipping them out? Consumers should not be paying premium prices for items that are expired, dried, or clearly defective. It feels like we’re being ripped off, with no accountability from the brand or the sellers.
This experience completely ruined my day, and I will never be buying Maybelline again. I demand a full refund and an explanation for how such a product was allowed to leave the shelf. Brands like Maybelline should respect their customers enough to guarantee basic product quality.
