On June 26, 2025, I purchased the Maybelline New York The Falsies Surreal Mascara from Migros. When I opened the product, I was shocked to find that there was no brush inside the tube—just an empty cap and mascara-filled bottle. I honestly couldn’t believe it. How does a product leave the factory like this? This is clearly a major manufacturing defect, and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this with any brand.
I now have a completely unusable mascara that I paid for, and I’m left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I expect Maybelline to take this issue seriously and offer a replacement or refund for the ₺ I spent. No customer should be paying for a product that’s incomplete.
I also urge the company to investigate how this quality control error happened to prevent others from dealing with the same issue. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
