Enza Home Wardrobe Door Fell Off – Customer Injured After Service Delay

Approximately eight years ago, I purchased a bedroom wardrobe from Enza Home, a brand under Yataş Group, at the Bursa–İnegöl Enza store. Recently, the wardrobe door rail came loose along with its screws, rendering the wardrobe unusable.
On March 10, 2026, I contacted Enza Home service and created a service request. On the same day, I received a message stating that a technician would visit within three business days. During this time, I did not touch the wardrobe door and left it in its faulty condition, expecting service to arrive within the promised timeframe.
However, despite the time passing, no service team arrived. I called customer service two more times to report the issue, and each time I was told that the problem would be resolved, but no concrete action was taken.
Because the service never arrived and the wardrobe door remained in an unsafe condition, on March 24, 2026, the door injured my foot. This situation has caused me serious harm and reflects both a safety risk and a lack of responsibility.
I request that Enza Home urgently address this negligence by sending a service team as soon as possible, repairing the wardrobe’s rail and door issue in a safe and permanent manner, and taking my damages and inconvenience into consideration.
