Free Fire Support Not Responding After Account Ban

I am a Free Fire player from Romania, and on November 2, 2025, my account was suddenly banned for so-called “abnormal activities,” even though I have never used hacks, third-party applications, modded APKs, unofficial top-up services, or shared my account with anyone. My banned Free Fire account has the player ID 2907509735.

After the ban, I tried to contact Garena/Free Fire support and also posted about this issue, but I did not receive any response. At this time, I still cannot access my account or play at all.

I kindly request that my account with ID 2907509735 be reviewed again and that this unjustified ban be lifted so I can regain access to my Free Fire account. I also request a clear explanation of the reason for this ban.
