On 06.09.2025, I purchased a Maybelline Bubble Mascara from Hepsiburada. After only 6–7 uses, the product became defective. The stopper that scrapes excess product from the brush completely came off and sank to the bottom of the tube. As a result, every time I pull the brush out, it comes out overly wet, making the mascara impossible to use and causing clumping. I have always stored the mascara properly and never exposed it to unsuitable conditions, so the issue clearly stems from a production defect. Since the return or exchange period has already expired, I did not contact customer service.
However, I am extremely disappointed that such a problem arose so quickly with a brand like Maybelline. I request that my complaint be resolved by either replacing this defective mascara or providing me with another product. I also urge Maybelline to ensure stricter quality checks so that customers do not encounter such defects after only a few uses.
