I purchased the Maybelline liquid lipstick in shade 15 from Watsons, a well-known and trusted retailer. At first, the product seemed fine—the pigment was rich, and the application was smooth. However, after using it just 3 or 4 times, the lipstick completely stopped delivering pigment. It no longer dries properly on my lips, and even after shaking and mixing the tube thoroughly, nothing changed. I expected better performance from a brand like Maybelline, especially at this price point.

I am extremely disappointed. This isn’t a product that should be failing after only a few uses. I can even provide a video to demonstrate the issue. I’m requesting that Maybelline investigate this matter and offer either a refund or a product replacement. Consumers deserve reliable quality, especially when paying premium prices.
