Being Ignored By Maxi-Cosi Customer Care

I purchased an Andi 360° Rotating All-in-One Convertible Car Seat – Escargot directly from Maxi-Cosi’s website on December 3, with delivery to my address in Miami, Florida, USA, under order number MC-87708. The delivery was severely delayed, and because of this delay, I was not able to receive the package in person; it was instead received by the doorman in my building. Due to the delay and the fact that I could not receive the item as planned, I am now trying to return the product and obtain a refund. The doorman has agreed to help me send the package back to Maxi-Cosi, but I have no clear instructions or return label from the company. I have reached out to Maxi-Cosi through several customer service channels, including customer care and other contact methods, yet my case is not being answered at all, and I am effectively being ignored, which has made the situation quite frustrating and unreasonable. I kindly request that Maxi-Cosi urgently provide a prepaid return label and clear return instructions for this order, MC-87708, and process a full refund once the product is received back. I expect a prompt response and resolution, as I have already spent considerable time and effort trying to reach you without any reply.
