Last September, my friend gifted me a Mavi brand shirt for my birthday, which I’ve only worn 2 or 3 times. It was washed once and stored since it’s a seasonal item. When I took it out for use again, I noticed it had faded, as shown in the pictures. I sent it to Mavi for inspection, only to be told that bleach was used. This is insulting to my intelligence—if bleach was the issue, why are the fading spots so perfectly symmetrical and only on specific areas like the front? No fading on the seams, underarms, or shoulders, and no similar issues with the other clothes washed together. This problem is exclusive to Mavi’s product, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with their refusal to stand behind it.
