On October 8, 2024, I purchased two pairs of jeans from the Mavi Jeans store in Forum Istanbul. After washing one of them for the first time, I noticed two spots where the color had faded. When I tried them on at the store, there were no such issues, but now it’s clear the dye has come off after washing.
I haven’t even worn these pants yet, and the color has already faded. I haven’t checked the second pair, so I’m unsure if they have the same problem. Spending so much money on jeans that lose their quality after the first wash is extremely disappointing. I expect Mavi Jeans to address this issue and provide a replacement or solution promptly.
