On December 11, 2024, I purchased a Mavi Jeans Jake Smoke Premium (M0042218775, size 32/30) for my son from a Mavi store. Since he is a student living in another city, he only got to wear the jeans when he returned home on January 21, 2025.
After just 3–4 wears, we followed the washing instructions exactly, but after the first wash, the color faded significantly. The jeans now look old and worn out despite being brand new. After checking online, I found many similar complaints about Mavi jeans losing color quickly, suggesting a manufacturing defect.
I expect a full refund or an exchange. This level of quality is unacceptable for a premium-priced product. Mavi, please resolve this issue!
