I purchased a pair of Mavi Jake series gabardine pants (product number 0042285237) from Boyner, and despite only wearing them 5-6 times, there’s significant fading between the pocket and knee. I work in an office, so it's baffling that such localized fading occurred indoors. I own 7 other pairs of Jake pants in different colors and love them, though I’ve had issues with a black pair tearing at the crotch, which I believe is a common problem with Mavi. When I showed the faded pants at a Mavi store, the manager initially offered an exchange but later directed me to Boyner for inspection. Boyner denied the claim. If this fading was due to use or washing, it should affect the entire pants. I expect a resolution from Mavi or Boyner for this defect.
