Matchpup App Not Allowing Login Despite Active Paid Membership

I have been unable to log into the Matchpup app since yesterday and today. When I try to sign in, I receive an error message that says, “Login failed, please try again later.” I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue continues. I also attempted to contact customer service, but I could not find a phone number, so I was unable to get support.
I have an active membership and subscription on my account, and I have paid for the service. I am using the app in Konya, and my transaction number is 4398041584.
I request that access to my account be restored. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
