Match Masters Full of Cheaters and Missing Paid Content

Match Masters is not delivering the items I paid for—why is this happening? I need urgent support. Enough is enough. Deleting and reinstalling the game doesn’t fix the issue. The game is full of cheaters, and on top of that, you don’t even deliver the items we purchase with real money.

I have tried every basic troubleshooting step with no results. This issue has been ongoing and is completely unacceptable for a paid service. Paying customers should not be ignored like this. The lack of response from support only makes the situation worse. If this continues, I will permanently stop playing and warn others to stay away from this game.
