Maserati Service Delays Warranty Repair and Fails to Notify Customer

On September 10, 2026, I dropped off my Maserati Levante at the authorized service center for the replacement of the rear shock absorbers, which needed to be replaced under warranty. I had made the appointment approximately one month in advance. Although I was told that the replacement part had already been at the service center for about a month, only hours after I dropped off my vehicle was I informed that the part had been damaged during shipping and could not be used. I find it completely unacceptable that I was not informed of this issue before the day of my scheduled appointment.

I had also specifically stated that I would pick up my vehicle around 2:30–3:00 p.m. However, even at 4:00 p.m., my vehicle had still not been returned to me. I did not expect such an unplanned, poorly coordinated, and customer-unfriendly service experience from Maserati, a premium automotive brand.

I request that the inconvenience I have experienced be addressed, that I receive a satisfactory explanation regarding the delay and the failure to properly inform me, and that the necessary work on my vehicle be completed as soon as possible.
