Two weeks ago, I ordered a set of smart home security cameras from Maplin anticipating prompt delivery and clear tracking information. Rather, I was given an invalid tracking number that makes it hard to find where my product is or when it might really arrive. I have often tried calling Maplin's customer service, but there is no direct assistance phone line and email replies are shockingly delayed. When I at last received a response, it was vague and merely said they were "investigating," without any updates or information. I regret ordering with them given this lack of contact and missing order; I will be exploring elsewhere for next purchases. Their poor reviews appear quite reasonable.
