Uniqlo Marked My Order as Delivered at 4:30 AM but It Never Arrived

Having seen their new selection online, I was eager to order from Uniqlo, but my experience soon soured. It was okay when I ordered and got an email stating my delivery will be delayed by a few days. I was surprised, though, to get another note claiming it was "delivered" at 4:30 AM the next day. Looking over my security cameras, I saw no delivery made. Nine days later the shipment arrived following a tiresome back-and-forth with customer support and multiple form completion. By now I wanted to cancel the order and had previously asked for a complete refund, but nobody could offer a justification. I have to go back over the things now and wait much more for my money returned. This encounter has caused me to reconsider shopping at Uniqlo; their poor communication has disappointed me. Further aggravating the matter are hidden return postal costs.
