Maplin Sent Me A Portable Projector With Mandarin Instructions and Faulty Bluetooth
Hoping it would arrive quickly for a forthcoming presentation, I bought a portable projector from Maplin. But Maplin and its courier mishandled the box, which was returned to the depot twice before eventually getting to me, so what should have been a quick delivery turned into an eight-day ordeal? When I broke it out, I was annoyed right away since all of the directions were in Mandarin and there was no English choice offered. Besides that, the projector's Bluetooth capability wouldn't link to any device, so it would be practically useless for my purposes. Getting Maplin's assistance just produced vague answers devoid of a specific fix. Based on this knowledge, I would advise against ordering from Maplin if you want dependable functional items and service.
