Maplin’s online tracking shows my item as delivered, but I haven’t received it, what’s the best way to get this sorted out?

If Maplin's tracking indicates that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, take the following steps to rectify the issue as soon as possible:

1. Verify Delivery Details: Check your emails and any delivery notes for updates on the delivery status. Items that are marked as delivered may come separately or be left in a safe location.

2. Inspect Delivery Location: Look around your property, including porches, garages, and any other spots where the box could have been left. Enquire with neighbours to discover if the parcel was inadvertently delivered to them.

3. Contact Maplin Customer Support: If the item has not been located within 48 hours of the reported delivery, please contact Maplin customer support at +44 333 400 9500.
