PrettyLittleThing Charged Me After Cancellation and No Customer Contact Number

Though I ordered a dress and a jacket from PrettyLittleThing, the whole procedure was disorganised from beginning to end. Following days without an update, I opted to cancel the order; email verified this. A week later, though, the package still arrived and the amount was debited from my account. I tried to get support right away, but since there is no customer contact number, obtaining real-time assistance is almost impossible. Following several mails back and forth, I was instructed to personally return the things and wait for a reimbursement. The lack of direct support has been quite annoying, and the whole process seems negligent and improper. I doubt PrettyLittleThing's dependability due to this hassle and lack of openness; I will not be ordering from them once more.
