Pusat Business Pro Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard Connection Issue


I can hardly say that I have ever been able to use the Pusat Business Pro Bluetooth wireless rechargeable keyboard. The product does not connect, and even if it does, the connection drops after a few minutes. Sometimes the buttons work, sometimes they don't. I sent it to the service, and they sent a new product, but the exact same issues continue. I requested a refund but received no response. I even asked them to send a wired keyboard instead, but I got no response for that either. I bought a wireless keyboard from a well-known brand, and I'm using that now, while the Monster keyboard has been sitting in its box for months. It really disappoints me that a local brand does not stand behind its product.
