BDG WIN 5,000 Rupees Deposit Missing After Paytm Payment

I deposited 5,000 rupees on the BDG WIN platform on 04/09/2026 via my Paytm account, but this amount has still not been added to my wallet balance. In the application and on the related website, this deposit appears in the history as not completed, while my other 3,000 rupees transaction is shown as completed. During the deposit process, I completed the OTP verification and the Paytm account login without any problem, and the money was deducted from my side. I also submitted the UTR / payment proof through the platform as requested, but even though time has passed, the 5,000 rupees is still pending and not usable in my BDG WIN account. I am very uncomfortable with this situation because my money has been taken from my Paytm account, yet it is not reflected in my BDG WIN balance. I request that my 5,000 rupees deposit made on 04/09/2026 be immediately checked and added to my BDG WIN account balance, or that a full refund be made to my original Paytm payment method as soon as possible.
