On March 15, I placed an order through Trendyol for a Mango item described as “Wide-leg pocket jeans, chocolate color.” However, despite nearly three weeks passing, my order status still shows as “preparing,” and the item has not even been shipped. My order number is 10325162989.
During this time, I created a support request through Trendyol. I was told that the seller could not be reached and that since the order was still shown as “being prepared,” it could not be canceled, but that they would try to assist me. However, even after 3–4 days since that conversation, I have received no update, and there has been no change in my order status. I have also been unable to contact Mango directly.
I paid for the order in full using my credit/debit card, and for a long time now, I have neither received my product nor been able to cancel the order. Therefore, I request that my order be canceled immediately and that the amount I paid be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
