Although the delivery date has long passed, the product has still not been delivered to me. No shipping information or tracking number has been provided so far. I contacted Mango customer service regarding the delay, but no solution was offered, nor did I receive any response. I have learned that other customers have faced similar issues, and encountering such a problem with my first purchase has caused me significant inconvenience. I urgently request that my ordered product with code ES3A3C be delivered to me as soon as possible.
