Mango Ignored My Delivery Delay Complaint — No Real Help from Customer Service

About two weeks ago, I placed an order on Mango’s online store (Order No: erıjxz) for a pencil case. I ordered it specifically to receive it before the start of the school year, but more than two weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received the product.

During this time, I contacted Mango customer service multiple times—both via email and through the call center. However, each time I was only given the same generic response: “We’re sorry, you’ll receive an email soon.” No one provided a real solution or update about my order.

I paid $23 for this product, and I expect it to be delivered to me immediately. I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that my item be shipped without further delay.
