Lost Mango Delivery Issue

I bought a bag from Mango and chose in-store delivery so it would get to me faster. Even though it had been 15 days, the app still said that the item was "sent to the store," so I waited patiently. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, so I called customer service. They told me that the product had been sent back to the warehouse for reasons they didn't know, and they promised to give me my money back. Neither the product nor the money are there. Also, the item is no longer for sale online. Why did you make the process take so long if you couldn't ship it? Even though the item is no longer available, it's still listed as "sent," and I haven't heard anything about the cancellation unless I call. With such careless service, Mango has lost my trust.
