I ordered a girls’ coat as a gift from Mango’s online site on 15 January, with order number EXW23A. Although a long time has passed, the product has still not been delivered. I have also not received any clear information about the status of the shipment. The coat was meant to be a gift, and the delay has ruined this plan. In addition, it was a seasonal product, and by the time it arrives, the period for wearing such a coat will have passed and the child has practically grown out of it. I contacted Mango customer service about this delay but did not receive any response. I find it unacceptable that an order can be delayed to this extent without any information being provided.
