Mango Customer Service Gave No Help for My Late Delivery Order

On September 27, 2025, I placed an order on Mango’s online store for two shirts and one sweater, to be delivered to Zonguldak Ereğli. My order number is erj940, and I paid a total of $214. However, even after 10 days, my order still hasn’t been delivered.

During this time, I called Mango customer service three times, but each time I was only told that there was a general issue causing delivery delays and that I should keep waiting. No one gave me a specific delivery date or provided any meaningful assistance. I regularly shop from Mango, but this lack of communication and responsibility has been very disappointing.

I request that the delivery delay be resolved immediately and that my order be shipped and delivered as soon as possible.
