Mango Fails to Deliver My Jacket and Provides No Tracking Information
On January 9, I purchased a jacket from Mango with order number exh721 for $85. For several days now, my order has been showing the status “in international transit” in the system, with no progress at all. During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times, but no explanation was provided, I received no clear information, and no real assistance was offered.
I have not been given any clear update about where my order is or an estimated delivery date. I request that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible without further delay, and that I be provided with clear and transparent information regarding the shipping and tracking process.
