Mango failed to deliver the item I ordered online

I downloaded the Mango app and made a purchase of 2 items (order number: ddvnir). The deadline for placing an order is December 28th, 2022. The first product arrived on time, but the second has still not after 18 days. My bank account has been debited, but I have yet to receive the merchandise. Despite my repeated emails to customer support, I have heard nothing back. Get off my case and either send me what I ordered or give me back the money I already sent you. The customer service you provide is extremely irritating.

As soon as I posted my complaint here, Mango updated the app status to read "item has been shipped," but after 5 days, I still have no idea where my product is. Is this how you deal with problems when there are no cargo messages? You mark "shipped" without actually delivering the item. That's how easy it is. Enough already! Can you give me a time estimate? Where do I stand with regards to going to court? I'm going to vent on Facebook and Twitter right now! There is no way for me to get in touch with customer service; my complaints have gone unanswered every time I've emailed. For hours on end, I hear music but never get through to anyone when I call customer service. Okay, that's enough of this! You have my money, but you are not sending the product. Do not wait for them to tell you that the problem has been resolved or the product has been shipped; instead, let them know that they have failed to do either. They better either send the item or give me my money back! Okay, that's enough of this!

I bought 2 products from the Mango app. Order No: ddvnır. Order date: 28.12.2022. The first product (long-sleeve t-shirt) was delivered and then returned, but the second product hasn't been sent even though 18 days have passed! The money has been deducted from my account, but they are not sending the product. Customer service has not responded. What are you doing with our money? I demand that the product be delivered or my money be refunded!

After writing a complaint here, I immediately received a message to my email address: "Your order with number ddvnır has been dispatched for delivery," but despite 2 days passing, there is no news from the courier! No message came from the courier! It's impossible to understand where the product is! I don't believe at all that the product was sent by Mango, are you sending false messages?! Again: I demand the product to be delivered or a refund!

In response to my email, I received the following: "Your order with the number DDVNIR is on its way for delivery." However, two days later, I heard nothing further about the delivery. The shipment failed to signal anything! I have no idea where my product is! Can you confirm that Mango actually sent me this item or are you just giving me mixed signals?

The item was delivered, thank you very much! But Mango application is still not very pleasent to buy from
