As soon as I posted my complaint here, Mango updated the app status to read "item has been shipped," but after 5 days, I still have no idea where my product is.
Is this how you deal with problems when there are no cargo messages? You mark "shipped" without actually delivering the item. That's how easy it is.
Enough already! Can you give me a time estimate? Where do I stand with regards to going to court? I'm going to vent on Facebook and Twitter right now!
There is no way for me to get in touch with customer service; my complaints have gone unanswered every time I've emailed. For hours on end, I hear music but never get through to anyone when I call customer service.
Okay, that's enough of this! You have my money, but you are not sending the product. Do not wait for them to tell you that the problem has been resolved or the product has been shipped; instead, let them know that they have failed to do either. They better either send the item or give me my money back! Okay, that's enough of this!
