Mango Delivered My Parcel to The Wrong Person and Is Ignoring My Requests for Help
Though the tracking data says that it was sent to someone else with a completely different name, I ordered from Mango and never got my package. Since I know nothing about this person, I contacted Mango's customer support to get an explanation. Frustrating and useless, all I got in reply was, "The parcel was delivered." Should it reach the incorrect recipient, what should I do? I'm being disregarded after several tries to receive a true answer and a solution. This type of service is quite unsatisfactory; I still lack my package or Mango's assistance to aid me in fixing the matter.
