I ordered a skirt from Mango on July 24, but when I opened the package, I found an entirely different item inside. To make things worse, the incorrect item is cheaper than the one I originally paid for. I immediately contacted customer service, and they blamed a warehouse issue and instructed me to take the wrong item to a courier and return it.

I’m extremely frustrated. Why should I be inconvenienced for a mistake Mango made? I have no guarantee that I’ll even receive the correct skirt after returning this one, and I don’t want to be stuck waiting again for something that should have been right the first time. This isn’t the first time Mango has sent me the wrong item—it’s happened before, which makes this even more unacceptable.

I suggested going to a nearby Mango store to pick up the correct skirt instead, but they flat-out refused and said they couldn’t help me that way. I’m left feeling helpless and mistreated as a paying customer. This repeated mistake has caused unnecessary hassle and delays. I expect a solution now—not excuses. Please deliver the correct item or allow me to resolve this directly at a store without more runaround.
