Mango Customer Service Has No Intention of Getting Back to Me!!

Lodged a complaint on "Şikayetvar" due to a purchase from Mango. While the complaint has been posted on the platform, there has been no attempt at contact or inquiry. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I'm demanding an immediate resolution, as no one should suffer damages because of this company. If a product, worn only once, and a person is experiencing issues like excessive fuzziness, it's is not my problem but rather a reflection of the brand's quality. Are they simply imprinting the brand on products sourced from the market? Now, I cannot find anyone accountable to address concerns. Just hear me out, I'm requesting a return for the item and something to be done to avoid further inconvenience. Lack of responsiveness is maddening!!
