On February 18, 2026, I purchased a black wide-leg maternity jean from Mango’s official website under order number 10975592913. Even though I only washed the product twice, around March 27 I noticed that the color had significantly faded and the pants had become visibly worn and damaged, as shown in the photos.
Since there is no Mango store in my city, I specifically traveled to the Mango store in Istanbul Viaport to resolve the issue and request a return or exchange. However, the store employee told me, “We do not work with Trendyol, and we cannot process an exchange unless we have maternity items available in-store,” and refused to assist me. As a result, I had to leave without any resolution, despite spending time and money on transportation and fuel.
It is very disappointing that a global brand like Mango does not provide a proper solution for a product purchased through its own website. This experience has negatively affected my trust in the brand. I am requesting that my right to return or exchange this product be reinstated, that the item be accepted back without any additional cost, and that a full refund be issued. I also expect my inconvenience to be properly addressed.
