I Bought a Makromusic Subscription but I Keep Getting Error Messages

I logged into the Makromüzik app with my usual account and purchased a subscription. However, no matter which song I click on, I get a message saying "An unexpected error occurred." I cleared the cache and data from the settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, and even gave permission for it to display over other apps—but nothing fixed the issue. My money has basically gone to waste.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us! We hope you are well. Can you confirm that you are using the latest version of the app? Currently, there doesn't seem to be such an issue. This problem may also occur if the internet connection is unstable; you can try switching the network you are connected to and see if that resolves the issue.
