My 3-Month Makromusic Subscription Isn't Working

I am absolutely outraged with Makromusic! I purchased a 3-month subscription yesterday evening, paying ₺600, and from day one, it simply hasn't worked. I cannot access any of the paid features within the application despite my payment being processed. This is completely unacceptable.

When I tried to get support from Makromusic, they just redirected me to Apple. However, when I checked Apple's payment system, this particular transaction doesn't even show up! I'm stuck in an infuriating loop with no one taking responsibility. I refuse to pay for an application I can't even use for three months. Makromusic, I demand an immediate refund for my ₺600. Fix this glaring issue or give me my money back now!

You can view the transaction details regarding this issue from the platform where you created your subscription (such as the App Store or Play Store). Our subscription system renews unless you cancel it. There is an option like 'stop subscription' in the App Store or Play Store; if you press it, the subscription will not renew at the end of the period. If you cannot access this option, you should contact Store support. In summary: You should contact store support regarding this issue and request the cancellation/refund of the relevant amount. Unfortunately, as Makromusic, we cannot directly process subscription cancellations and refunds because the subscription fees are transferred to us through platforms like the App Store and Play Store.
