My Makromusic App Can't Play Music - Login & Reinstall Failed

I am beyond frustrated with the Makromusic app! For some inexplicable reason, I suddenly couldn't play any music while using the application. There were no issues with sending or receiving messages, but the core function of a music app – playing music – was completely broken.

Because of this major flaw, I logged out of the app, hoping a fresh start would fix it. Big mistake! Now, every time I try to log back in, I get an error message. Thinking it was a temporary glitch, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it's still giving me the exact same error. This is absolutely unacceptable. I can't listen to music, and now I can't even access my account. Makromusic, I urgently need your help to fix this critical bug and restore my access to the app!

Hello, Thank you for contacting us! We hope you are well. Can you confirm that you are using the latest version of the app? Currently, there does not appear to be such an issue. This problem may also occur when the internet connection is unstable; you can try switching the network you are connected to and try again to resolve the issue.
