I Deleted My Makromusic Account, But My Profile Is Still Public

I am writing this because I am absolutely furious with Makromusic's failure to handle a basic account deletion request, which has turned into a serious violation of my privacy. I went through the proper steps within the app to permanently delete my account, yet my profile—complete with my personal picture and my name—is still visible to everyone. Why does the app have a "delete account" setting if it doesn't actually work?
To make matters worse, I am now completely locked out. I have no way to log back in to try and delete it again or even just to remove my photo. My personal information is being used and displayed publicly without my consent, and I am powerless to stop it. This is not just a technical glitch; it is a profound disrespect for user privacy and data rights.
I do not want my image and name associated with this application any longer. I demand that Makromusic take immediate action to manually and permanently remove my entire profile from their platform. My data is not theirs to keep on display after I have explicitly requested its removal. This needs to be resolved immediately.

This problem may also occur if the internet connection is unstable; you can try changing the network you are connected to and try again to resolve the issue.
