I signed up for a one-week trial on the MadMuscles fitness app, just to test it out. However, I later noticed that they had charged my credit card three extra times, totaling ₺1500. This was completely unauthorized, and it killed my motivation to continue using the app.
When I contacted their support team to cancel my subscription and request a refund, they instead offered me a three-month plan, which I declined. I didn’t agree to these extra charges, and I demand a full refund for the money taken without my consent.
