I Still Haven’t Received an Intact Madame Coco Belda Mirror After 2 Orders in 30 Days

I ordered the Madame Coco Belda mirror 30 days ago, and this entire experience has been a nightmare. The first order never even arrived. I spent 20 days trying to reach customer service without success—phone calls, messages, everything ignored. Eventually, I got through by some miracle, and they refunded me, asking me to reorder the mirror from scratch.

I followed their instructions and placed a second order. This time, the mirror was delivered—but it was completely shattered when it arrived. The packaging clearly wasn't protective enough for such a fragile item. Now, I'm back to square one, and again I cannot reach customer support. I refuse to waste another 20 days trying to call and get ignored.

This is the last time I tolerate being brushed aside. I’m done being patient. If no one contacts me within the next 3 days, I will file formal complaints with the relevant authorities. Madame Coco needs to take real responsibility, not just push broken products and leave customers stranded. Send me an intact mirror immediately and fix your failing customer support.
