I Received a Defective Madame Coco Teapot and Can’t Get a Refund Without an Invoice

On May 1st, 2025, I ordered a teapot from Madame Coco's online store. When it arrived, I was incredibly disappointed to find that it was defective. To make matters worse, no invoice was sent to me—neither inside the package nor via email. Without that invoice, I can't even initiate a return, and I'm stuck with a faulty product I can’t use.

I requested an invoice through their website right after the order, but it’s been days and there has been zero response. The support process is completely broken. There’s a so-called customer service number listed under the “Store Information” section, but it’s useless. No matter when or how many times I call, I cannot reach a human being. It just rings endlessly or drops the call.
