Under Armour Rejected My UA Drive Tapered Pants Return for Wrong Item Claim

I recently purchased Under Armour UA Drive Tapered pants. Upon receiving the item, I tried it on and didn’t like it, so I returned it immediately. However, Under Armour rejected my return, claiming I sent back the wrong item. This is absolutely not the case—I returned the exact item I received. The company needs to reevaluate their return process and properly address this issue. I’m disappointed with this experience and expect Under Armour to resolve this problem and accept the return as it should have been in the first place.
