Mac Cosmetics Eyeliner Side Effects and Why They Won't Return It!
I recently purchased an eyeliner from the Mac Cosmetics store at Korupark last Saturday. I tested it on my hand, and it seemed perfectly normal. However, there was no warning about its difficulty to remove. After consulting with friends and reading reviews on other sites, I decided not to keep the product. I returned it within 15 minutes, but they refused to take it back, citing hygiene reasons, even though it was in a sealed box. Interestingly, Mac's online site accepts returns, so what's the deal with not accepting returns in-store?
Against my better judgment, I decided to give it a try. To my dismay, the eyeliner had a plastic-like texture, making it difficult to apply smoothly. It resisted removal despite my attempts with waterproof cleansing solutions and face wash. It felt like I was dealing with some chemical-laden plastic. To add insult to injury, my eye developed blisters and sores, as depicted in the attached photo.
This eyeliner is clearly not suitable for human eyes. Considering its price, I never expected such a disaster. I urgently demand a remedy for this ordeal.
