MAC Cosmetics Eye Pencil Dried Out and Useless After Only 10 Months

I purchased an eye pencil from MAC Cosmetics 10 months ago, but since I don’t wear makeup often, I hadn’t used it until recently. When I tried to apply it, the tip broke off. I figured I’d try again, only to discover that the pencil had dried out completely—it barely leaves any color on my skin. During a visit to Kadıköy, I spoke with the store manager, who told me they’d report the issue and contact me. After a week with no response, I returned to the store myself, only to be told they couldn’t help because it had been 10 months since I bought the product. I’ve used many eye pencils before, and none have dried out this way. For a premium price, I expected much better quality. I feel cheated and want my issue resolved fairly.
