I purchased an eyeliner from MAC Cosmetics just four months ago and have only used it one or two days a week. Despite this light usage, the product is already empty and completely unusable. I’ve bought MAC eyeliner before, and it lasted me over a year and a half, so this experience has been a real disappointment. The product simply didn’t hold up, and I feel like the money I spent was wasted. I expected better quality from MAC, especially given the price.
I would appreciate MAC Cosmetics addressing this issue, as this level of quality is not what I anticipated from a brand I’ve trusted for years.
