I Faced a Dry Mascara Issue With My New MAC Cosmetics Purchase in Tbilisi

A week ago, I purchased a mascara from the Mac Cosmetics store located in Galleria, Tbilisi. When I opened the product for the first time, I realized that the mascara was completely dry. I informed the store staff about the issue, and they acknowledged the problem and replaced the mascara without hesitation.

I had used the same product before and was very satisfied with it, so this experience really surprised me. I just wanted to share my experience regarding this unexpected situation.
