About a month ago, I purchased a mascara from the MAC store in Ankara Panora. Due to my busy work schedule, I was not able to use it right away. The fact that the cap of a brand-new mascara could be broken without even being used raises serious concerns about the quality of the product. Although I have not yet had the chance to return to the store, my purchase record is available in your system.
It is unacceptable for a cosmetic product like mascara to arrive defective and become unusable before even being opened properly. I request that my mascara be replaced with a new one as soon as possible.
