About two weeks ago, I purchased a Veluxe Brow Liner eyebrow pencil from the MAC store at Sembol Mall in İzmit. Today, when I tried to open it for the first time, the tip appeared slightly worn, and as soon as I tested it on my hand, the tip immediately broke off. I haven’t been able to use the product at all — every time I try, the tip keeps breaking. I no longer have the receipt, but my purchase should be visible in the store system.
It’s impossible to use the product in this condition. I’m requesting a full refund. The pencil has not been dropped, exposed to water, or damaged in any way. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
