On August 1, 2023, I flew from Istanbul to Frankfurt with Lufthansa Airlines. However, when transferring to the Frankfurt-Chicago flight, our luggage was not loaded, affecting 15 passengers. As a student in the US, I am left without any belongings. My two bags, documents, and clothes are missing. This mishandling is unacceptable. I demand prompt resolution, reimbursement for expenses, and immediate delivery of my belongings to my address in Kentucky. We will pursue legal action if necessary. Lufthansa's poor handling of this situation is disappointing, and we expect a response.
