I reserved a vacation with Loveholidays and especially chose breakfast to be included in my package. I thought everything was good since the pricing even changed when I included it. But I was surprised to find breakfast omitted once I got my confirmation! Thinking this was only a mistake, I instantly called customer care. The rep informed me, instead, that terms and conditions allow rates and inclusions to vary during the booking process. In what sense is that equitable? Should I pay extra for something, it need to be mentioned! Loveholidays obviously doesn't care, and this feels absolutely deceptive. I won't be reserving with them once again, thus I would advise individuals to thoroughly review everything before deciding on a travel.
